• 1. What are some of the early experiences that have happened with the Learning Coach program?
  • It has been well received by the teachers of FG, Bright Bank, CFL and SPC
  • Memorial has 2, 0.5 people and olthem slowly move in, lots of growth so far
  • High Park, has gone well, as the staff is moving forward
  • Blueberry, shared with a Graminia
  • Meridian a known entity
  • Muir Lake is a known entity and was the AISI person in the past. She is bridging the work.
  2. What is working well?
  • For FG, CFL, Bright Bank and SPC perfect person
  • Memorial has familiar staff in the roles
  • High Park is already working with staff members, some by choice some under direction
  • Meridian gave LC time at the staff meeting and had it work well for the whole staff as she led them thru an activity
  • Muir Lake a good tie with the past AISI and the Key Contact
  3. What initial challenges are you facing?
  • Finding pd balance for the LC
  • Some growth as people open up to the idea and the knowledge of the staff member
  • High Park, some issues with the time tabling
  • Some have jumped on at Blueberry but some are giving time
  • Meridan felt the challenge was the common understanding of what the LC is
  • Muir Lake challenge so far is what the role is and may become ie the operational piece
